For rental inquiries please contact the designated CHH property Site Manager directly and leave a message. Individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing can use TTY 1-800-833-6388. Please note that due to the high volume of calls received for vacant units, we are not able to return all calls. If you have not been contacted within 48 business hours this means that the unit is taken.

Our main office is handicap-accessible. Accommodations are made for individuals with disabilities. If you need an accommodation, including an interpreter, please give us advance notice.

Please note that vacancies are filled first come, first served. Our properties have been smoke-free since January 1, 2012. For other details please consult applicant eligibility here.

We accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports per our rental policy. Applicants who are unable to provide two years of rental history will need to complete additional screening at no additional cost to the applicant.
